Uwielbiam gotowanie bez nadęcia, polską kuchnie ale też niezwykle prostą i smaczną kuchnie włoską i trochę trudniejsza kuchnię francuską. Jestem kucharzem, pasjonatem jedzenia. Będę Twoim kumplem, który sprawi, że gotowanie nie będzie dla Ciebie "czarną magią", bo nie jest! Pewne zasady bywają trudne ale jestem po to aby ułatwić Tobie ich zrozumienie. . Wystarczą dobre chęci i na początek jeden wolny dzień. No dobrze! Jedno popołudnie.

Welcome! I’m Igor. I learned to cook from my mother, who was always calling me into the kitchen, and wanted me to grow up to be a good host.I am grateful to her. During the day I work in one of Krakow’s restaurants; cooking for others has always been and will be my greatest passion, which is why I am in the kitchen 24 hours a day !With great pleasure I will cook for you and invite you to my crazy Krakow home. All kinds of miracles take place here, based on caramelised shallots, white wine, thyme, rosemary, and Polish garlic. I welcome my guests to a breakfast of farm eggs from the local market at Stary Kleparz, fantastic bread produced by a baker friend, my own home-made jams from regional raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. Add to all this my own Polish version of humous, home-made granola, ‘pain perdu’ with white chocolate, smoked sheep cheese and strawberries, flambéed crêpes with orange sauce, and Polish scones, my speciality. I would really like to share my tastes with you. It will be great to share my food and time with you but beware! There’s no need to be choosy, because everything will be incredibly delicious :)

We had a wonderful time when we dined at Igor's apartment at the end of September. Igor cooked lovely traditional Polish food and at the same time we enjoyed the good company of Igor, his friends and his other guests. An experience definitely to be recommended if you visit Krakow.
Igor is a perfect host and great cook. His home made vodka was excellent. We had a great meal and was fun eating with people from all over the world. Thanks Igor and please don't forget to send me those recipes

The evening was delightful. Food delicious..real taste of Polish cuisine...what was most important you could feel fresh products the chef used and great heart he put into making all these marvelous dishes..unique atmosphere..amazing people. Strongly recommend to try. Thanks you Igor!!
It was a wonderful evening with Igor and his friends. Good atmosphere and the food served was delicious and plentiful. His place is right in the old town overlooking a small square.
