If you were looking for two things: inspiration and learnings this workshops is for you. I promise that you will have a wonderful time while learning things you'd never known before about Polish cuisine.
You’ll meet people who like food too and learn new recipes that you can make again at home.
The class is small (2-10 students) and very hands-on; you will all get to be involved in cooking every dish.
You will get to know the best spots on Gdansk: Cafe Lamus and Hala Targowa where do local people hang out. After shopping we are going to cook together our main course: fresh pierogi with different fillings.
What if you could meet a passionate local cook to show you local cuisine?I am a founder of Kolektyw Samo Dobro - culinary initiative in Tricity. I teach vegetarian cooking and organise culinary events. As I was born in Gdansk I would like to share with you the best places in my hometown.

Excellent Experience! Judyta was very friendly, showed us around the city and taught us to cook an excellent meal. We were just 2 people and it was lovely. We got to cook in her home which was also special to see how the polish people live. All in all an excellent and delicious experience.

This was the highlight of our trip to Poland! My daughter is a foodie/works in restaurants and she loved it. Highly recommend. Judyta was a great teacher--we learned so much about the culture, food, history and also how to make 3 types of pierogies, plus other dishes (which better to keep as a surprise) and then shared them for delicious lunch. Many little extras--I don't want to spoil it for you, but so worth it.
