French Macarons Class!
The world got crazy about French macarons and during this cooking class. Since a couple of years I teach how to make them and you will have a chance to learn and to bake them always at home! Because a lot of people love chocolate, this time I decided to go for chocolate macarons. I will explain macarons secrets and will teach you how to bake shells properly and make chocolate ganache. When I was younger, I worked in French restaurants in Los Angeles and New York, first as a cook and then as a pastry chef.I would be happy if you could share with me my favorite some classics of French gastronomy which I prepare according to some old family recipes. Do you like sauces and butter? I love them and that is why work a lot with sauces, even when they require long hours preparing some veal stock or a demi-glace. I also cannot imagine a good meal without a tasty dessert! What about famous tarte Tatin melting in your mouth, crispy millefeuille with homemade puff pastry or orangey and buttery Crêpe Suzette?
