Tarte Tatin and Lemon Tart Cooking
You do not have to go to France to have famous apple Tarte “Tatin” ! I will teach you how to make one that will melt in your mouth! And lemon tart with meringue is also delicious!
Recipes included in this workshop:
- Pâte sucrée (sweet dough)
- Lemon Custard
- Italian Meringue
You will learn and practice the techniques in the following steps:
- Get all ingredients and utensils ready,
- Prepare pâte sucrée (sweet dough),
- Prepare lemon curd,
- Prepare tarte Tatin,
- Line tart shells with dough and pre-bake them,
- Garnish lemon tart and top with meringue.
