To take away the chills of winter we thought to add chilli. Just in case you were wondering if I can cook Asian food, I can. I'm originally from Singapore and have Indian roots, as well as European.

STARTER:

Singapore Katong Laksa (prawn and coconut cream based soup with noodles, shrimp, fish balls and other goodies).

MAIN COURSE:

Chicken Chettinad (21 spices cover this rich dish) from the Tamil Region of Southern India. Served with Rice.

Green Bean curry.

DESSERT:

Pavolva with pears in red wine and chilli.
