An extremely tasty meal. It is either you adore it and you become addicted to it or you hate it. Mainly it is composed of green plant called "Mlokheye" in Arabic, we pick it up by hand leaf by leaf, clean it very well, then mince it or keep it as it is (it depends on the style you are preparing Mlokhyeh with). And, then you start cooking the meal, by making ready the Mlokhyeh soup or the sauted leaves, you add all the necessary secret flavor according to your family recipe, you prepare the roasted chicken (can be made with lamb meat as well), and the rice with vermicelli. Along, with generous amount of lemon dressing (can be flavored with garlic as well) for more divine taste and smell....
Mlokhyeh is done, after we add the final touch which is frying some coriander, onions, and LOTS of garlic in olive oil... then we place this magic dressing over Mlokhyeh and then we are lost eating this super rich with flavor meal.
