Spanish Paella
Paella roots :Like so much of Spain’s best indigenous cooking, there is a hint of the Middle East and North Africa in it and Paella is no different. Rice ,of course has agricultural origins in Asia, not the Iberian Peninsula so any rice dish, by default must trace its roots to the east.
There is no certain origin story for how paella came to be, but a reasonable guess is that the royal cooks at an Arab court threw leftovers from a banquet into a pan of rice.

Thank you for a lovely evening! This was an absolutely wonderful culinary experience! All courses were truly delicious and the home atmosphere provided by Hassan and his wife was just superb. Higly recommended!

We had a great time - a very relaxed evening. The tea was amazing, and an excellent dessert had a real taste of holiday. It was quite a long way from the centre of Krakow, so I hope people who are living closer to you will find out about your meals and visit you - I recommend they do :)
