Welcome to my late afternoon specialty coffee tasting! I will make 3 different coffees for you according to the Chemex method of coffee brewing. And to round it all off - meringue cake with lemon cream and fresh fruits.

Fantastic and delicious! I ordered 4 boxes for the office and everyone enjoyed them a lot. The smoothie was fruity and not too sweet, the pumpkin soup starter had a nice tang of ginger, and the main course (a kind of ratatouille) was filling and tasty. There wasn't so much room for the plum bun...

There wasn't so much room for the plum bun by the end... but you know what? Somehow they've all been eaten already! Thanks, Emil, it was a great lunch!
