I was born and brought up in East India, where food is celebrated and revered. My family is a very traditional one, and I learned the art of cooking from my mother, grandmother and the ladies of the family.
Cooking is a passion and an integral part of who I am, and I absolutely love cooking for people. Throughout my life, I've lived in many cities both in India and elsewhere, and have spent a significant amount of my life in a metropolitan environment. Because of this, I have had the pleasure of sharing and experiencing different cooking styles with friends from India and the world.
During my 14 years in Krakow, with my knowledge of the Indian culinary world, and my new-found familiarity with Europe's cuisines, I have attended and participated in events at restaurants, hotels and cafes, helping to teach the ins and outs of Indian cooking.
My journey with Eataway started in 2015, almost at the very beginning. Being a member of the Eataway family, during this period, I've had the opportunity to meet and feed thousands of extremely interesting individuals from all over the globe, each with their own special story. Thanks to the homely atmosphere that Eataway created, every dinner that I served became memorable to me, and I believe the guests went home with pleasant memories, a slice of the taste of India, and a satisfied heart and stomach. I hope you can join me soon so I can share the secrets of Indian cooking with you too!

A meal at Sheuli's assaults the senses - from the tender chicken cooked with onion and spices to the sweet lassi which accompanied the meal. The dishes had the right amount of a medium spice - the chick peas flavorful and the rice perfect. A guest can expect a pitcher of water with lemon, and a bread fried lightly in front of them. Most delightful - in my opinion - was a social discussion with her husband after two shots of vodka. Oh, and don't forget the light dessert after the meal. I would love to sample other dishes!

Gospodarze w pięknych, tradycyjnych strojach przywitali nas uśmiechami i kolorami, które później dodały barw naszym cz...
Na kolację do Sheuli wybraliśmy się z żoną. Było to nasze pierwsze wyjście na tego typu event. Trafiliśmy idealnie, ponieważ w tym czasie w Indiach obchodzone jest święto kolorów.
Gospodarze w pięknych, tradycyjnych strojach przywitali nas uśmiechami i kolorami, które później dodały barw naszym czołom.
Oprawa rozrywkowa, która towarzyszyła przepysznym i fantastycznie podanym potrawom, była zaskakująca. Konkursy i gry sprawiły, że z większą radością zasiedliśmy do stołu.
O samym jedzeniu nie będę się za dużo rozpisywał. Sheuli to profesjonalistka, smaki, prezentacja, a także opowieści gospodyni o pochodzeniu i przygotowaniu potraw był na najwyższym poziomie.
Wyszliśmy z pełnymi brzuchami i nieznikającym uśmiechem na ustach. Takie wieczory moglibyśmy powtarzać codziennie :).
Polecamy wszystkim znajomym taki sposób na spędzenie ciekawego wieczoru.

Time at Sheuli's Indian dinner. Sheuli is a very welcoming and friendly host and created a comfortable atmosphere. Her food is delicious and very fresh! Sheuli offered a wide variety: dip to start, Indian salad, potatoes, curry, rice, oven fresh naan and pickled onions. The mango desert was very special and a great finish to an excellent meal. I do not eat meat and Sheuli especially prepared an eggplant dish for me which I enjoyed very much. All dishes had the perfect spice level. It was a great meal and already look forward to another evening of Sheuli's Indian food. I can highly recommend it. Thank you!

Sheuli was tremendous - there was 10 of us and we all enjoyed her fantastic cooking. She is a great cook and a wonderful hostess. She is very warm and gracious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish.
