What a brilliant night with great hosts Malgorzata and Piotr. The food was amazing, traditional Polish and it just kept coming. There were 4 of us, all friends and as we walked back to our hotel we could not stop talking about our experience with everyone commenting on this being one of the best evening nights out. If visitng Krakow this should be top of your things to do list.

Today, Friday 20 October2017, myself & my wife Solveig returned home to Brandbu in Norway after spending five wonderful days in Krakow. Our last evening in Krakow was spent at the home of Malgorzata & her husband Piotr.Our hosts are active members of EATAWAY. This where you are invited to eat at the homes of people living in Krakow.This was a New experience for Us, but never to be forgotten.The prepared Local Food was fantastic to taste,not to mention the presentation. We ate and conversed together for three hours, learning much about culture and food in Krakow. We soon stopped counting how many different and exciting dishes were presented in front of Us. There was also two Ladies from Krakow who had also listed for this experience. Thank you Malgorzata & Piotr, we really hope you enjoy many guests to your Apartment in Krakow. Best Regards. We were warmly welcomed by Gosia, Piotr and the cat. On the stove several pots were simmering. The table was beautifully laid and we had a five course homemade Polish meal. The flavors were a little unfamiliar but nice and there was plenty of food. It was truly a memorable evening. Thank you for opening your home to us and letting us taste the real polish food.

We had a wonderful meal and a fabulous time during our evening with Gosia and Piotr. Our hosts were lively and funny and informative about Polish cuisine and culture. We felt immediately welcomed and at home. I had mentioned to Gosia in advance of our meal that my wife is gluten-intolerant, and Gosia made sure that all but one of the dishes she prepared were gluten-free, even the lovely dessert. For us, the evening was a unique experience -- a chance to "live like a local" as the guidebooks say and enjoy the company of very friendly, out-going Polish people, who also happen to be excellent cooks on top of everything else. Bravo Gosia and Piotr. You helped make our vacation in Krakow very special.

"My brother and I came to Kraków from Canada to explore the beautiful surroundings and immerse ourselves in the local culture. What better way than to sit down with a couple that live in Kraków, are familiar with it's history and can offer up some local cuisine. Piotr and Gosha opened their home to us and were the perfect hosts! What we didn't come to expect was just how terrific the food was and how warm and friendly Gosha and Piotr are. This made for a fabulous evening - great company and a terrific five course authentic, home cooked Polish meal - this will be one of the greatest memories of our 35 day European trip that we will value forever.
