I am a psychologist who moved to Poland from the US over 3 years ago with my husband. Following his death, I moved around Poland a bit but now I am back in Krakow - the most beautiful city in Poland! I have always loved to cook and worked for a catering company while attending college. I still love hosting people at my home and cooking for them while sharing stories. My parents are originally from Poland and it has always been my dream to live in Poland and now I am fulfilling that dream.
I have learned some of the ins and outs of Gdansk and other Polish cities and would be very happy to share some tips with you as well as sharing a meal. Whether making homemade Polish food taught to me by my mother and grandmothers, or American classics - especially Tex-Mex fare - I find sharing food with strangers makes you friends instantly.

I went to the Tex-Mex dinner, and it was definitely the best American food I had. The tacos and burritos were excellent, there was plenty of delicious food - more than I could eat! And the hosts were very nice! I can definitely recommend this EatAway to everyone!

The dinner was very delicious! I felt like I was back in the US :) the food tasted even better, since we knew that Karen organized it in a good cause, and put a lot of effort to comfort her guests.

This was my first eataway organised night and gosh Ive enjoyed every moment of it:) the food was top-notch, people were talkative and educated. Ive had a blast, definitely recommend and will return for sure:))

It was an absolutely wonderful evening, the food was so good, that I went for even for fourth helpings full of flavor and variety and super fresh. Karen is a wonderful hostess and an amazing cook will definitely go again.

You'll never leave Karen's hungry! There's plenty of choice and food can be eaten in a casual, laid back atmosphere in the interesting company of an international crowd.
