Polish Wine & Homemade Bread Class

Wroclawino warmly invites you to our Cooking experience: a cooking class of bakery, baking bread, traditional Polish style with Master Gosia, with wine tasting led by Sommelier Frank Maglio and wine producer Winnica Dolny Slask.

You will learn how to prepare traditional Polish sourdough wholegrain bread, in four different flavour versions, and how to bake it in at your own home in a kitchen oven.

During the class, the Sommelier with international experience will guide you, to learn about Polish wine, the story of the winery and how to match wine with Polish bread.

The class will end with a dinner, when we will eat the same bread as was handmade by the participants.

Every participant will get her/his own bread dough, in a baking form which can be later baked at home.

This event will be held at the headquarter of our organization, equipped with kitchen and tasting room. Booking necessary at 575 562 432
